Francisco Verdún Pérez

Francisco Verdún Pérez was born in Fuengirola on the 8th December in 1963 . He is married and has two children. Since he was 23 years old he has been associated to the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Málaga (Bar Association of Málaga), working as a lawyer and a solicitor, having participated in numerous seminars in Spain and in other European countries.

He considers it absolutely necessary in the daily learning of the new legislation and in the research to take in consideration all the legal implications of the problems raised by his clients especially, the practical consequences - sparing no effort to achieve the best economical result for his clients.

He is an expert on European Community Law, having published various articles in this field. He speaks Spanish, English and French. He has an intermediate level of German and a basic knowledge of Russian.

Manuel Arana Leiva

Practising Lawyer

Manuel Arana Leiva is a practising lawyer and a member of the Malaga Bar Association since 1990. He is an expert in Criminal Law and civil responsability, having taken part in numerous and very complex proceedings as a result of traffic accidents with tragic consequences. He holds the title of University Specialist in European Community Law.

He is a member of the Asociación Española de Abogados Especializados en Responsabilidad Civil y Seguros (Spanish Association of Lawyers Specialising in Civil Responsability and Insurance).
